On behalf of the ARM Organisation Committee we would like to welcome you to the 7th Workshop on Reflective and Adaptive Middleware (ARM'08).

This year's ARM workshop again promises to be particularly interesting. We received 14 submissions for regular papers from 9 different countries and accepted 7 as regular papers and 4 as posters.

We would like to thank warmly the Programme Committee Members for their dedicated work, which allowed for a very smooth reviewing process. We would also like to thank the Middleware conference team, in particular Wouter Joosen (General chair), Frank Eliassen and H.-Arno Jacobsen (Workshops and tutorials co-chairs), and Sam Michiels, Kristof Geeleben and Klaas Thoelen for their very professional support. These proceedings simply would not exist without them.
